Booking & Payments

How long is one booking?

Standard slots are 60 minutes. You can chain multiple slots back-to-back if available.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — manage it from My Bookings. A fee may apply within 3 hours of the start time.

Which payment methods are supported?

We accept major cards and mobile money. Cash is available on site.

Do I pay extra for floodlights?

No — evening peak rates already include lighting.

Venue & Play

Do you provide rackets and balls?

Yes, rentals are available at reception and as add-ons during booking.

What’s the dress code?

Sportswear with non-marking shoes. Rackets are available if you don’t have one.

Is coaching available?

Yes — beginner to advanced sessions. Ask at reception or via the Contact page.

Are spectators allowed?

Absolutely. We have seating areas and refreshments on site.

How do I see my upcoming bookings?

Open the user menu (top-right) and click My Bookings.

I can’t log in — what should I do?

Use Google login. If you still have issues, reach out on the Contact page and we’ll help.

Do you offer memberships or bulk hours?

Yes — we offer discounts for frequent players. See the Pricing page or contact us.
